Commit to a three-year term (eligible to be renewed for a second
three year term).
* Attend the five annual Board meetings either in person or via
conference call. Meetings are held after work hours during the week.
* Participate with at least one committee to help plan new initiatives.
The committees include Awards, Professional Development, Student
Relations, Annual Giving, and Alumni.

The MU Alumni Association empowers the Alumni Association
Board as the Association's governing body. The Board operates pursuant
to its bylaws, which were updated and voted on by the Board as of
November 14, 2006.
